We utilised a heavy duty bar-and-plate core for improved strength and also increased the core size to the maximum that could fit in the space provided whilst still attaching to all the original fittings and mounts. Our kit has been designed in the UK after thorough research and huge experience in developing uprated oil cooler packages for a variety of modified track and road cars.

The challenge
With limited space available and the complexity involved in repositioning the standard oil cooler, we chose to utilise the original mounting location and create a direct replacement oil cooler that was larger and stronger, as the OEM items have been known to damage easily.

The solution
