After a lengthy R&D process, CTS Turbo is happy to release our new air intake system for the N55 equipped F30 BMW 335 & 435’s! This is the premier intake for your F30 N55. Why? Because almost every other intake on the market will cause poor running conditions as a result of an incorrectly shaped MAF housing. What do we mean? Your factory MAF housing is shaped like a hexagon, when you use a circular housing in place of the hexagon undesirable side effects occur such as incorrect MAF readings, erratic idling, and downshifting (particularly noticeable on the ZF automatic equipped cars), and last but not least POOR FUEL MILEAGE. The reason for this is “DME” (computer) is not getting correct air flow readings due to the incorrect shape of the MAF Housing. What did we do to fix this? We tested developed and cast our own proprietary aluminum MAF housing in a hexagon shape to ensure that your car can meter air as well as it can in stock form.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our 3.5″ high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our 3.5″ CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

NOTE: This intake can fit both Manual and Automatic transmission equipped cars.

Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle.

Do we ship abroad ?

Yes we do, to almost anywhere in the world though remember the postage is often high when shipping anything bulky. Most bulky items we export will go by UPS so you can track the package online and could reach America within 48 hours providing its in stock !

However there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria, Ukraine, Lebanon.

Why is postage on bulky items to some countries expensive compared to some other companies ?

For both yours and our safety we use well known couriers such as DPD Local and UPS for shipping, then we know exactly where it is in the world at any time and we know its going to arrive safely. Shipping small items can be cheap, but items such as bodykits are expensive to ship - we have a very small margin on the postage fees merely to cover packaging. We can now ship using standard post on some items, however using all methods you may incur import charges when you receive the goods for which we cant be responsible for.
