The Sway Bar Teflon Bushing Rebuild & Upgrade Kit includes everything you need to replace the polyurethane bushings included with your 034Motorsport Front Sway Bar with Teflon-lined bushings.

These maintenance-free polyurethane bushings with a Teflon and polyester liner are designed to enhance sway bar response speed while minimizing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). This liner also results in an extended service life that allows these bushings to even outlast your vehicle. With no need for additional lubrication, these bushings offer reliable, long-lasting performance without the hassle of regular maintenance and greasing. Built to withstand extreme conditions, the bushings are hydrophobic, heat-resistant up to 500°F, and resistant to water and common automotive chemicals. These bushings are covered by a limited lifetime warranty covering material cracking, Teflon liner, and polyurethane bushing separation, or squeaking under normal street or track conditions.

The 034Motorsport Sway Bar Teflon Bushing Rebuild & Upgrade Kit includes 2 Teflon-lined bushings and plugs to replace the Zerk fitting that exists on your 034Motorsport Sway Bar Bracket.

NOTE: During installation, it is essential to remove all existing grease from the sway bar before installing the new Teflon-lined bushings. We recommend using a rag and a degreaser, followed by a standard cleaner, to ensure the surface is completely dry before installation.
