do88 performance turbo to intercooler pipes designed for an easy drop-in-fitment in your BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X

The S55 twin-turbo engine that powers the BMW M2C / M3 / M4 F8X is equipped with plastic intercooler pipes. These pipes are a week link on any tuned car or in some cases even on a stock tune. The OE plastic pipes often crack or split at the turbo connections leaving you with a boost leak.

With our performance intercooler pipes we like to offer a reliable solution and of course at the same time improve the air flow!

To get an exact 3D-model of the available space to design our intercooler pipes in we did a detailed 3D-scan of our M3 Competition engine bay. With the help of this 3D-scan model we could design new 2,25”; (57mm) intercooler pipes with smooth bends.
Squeezing in as large pipes as 2,25”; (57mm) is a challenge since it is not that much space between the engine cover and valve cover. Many after-market intercooler pipes make it impossible to snap the engine cover rubber grommets correctly onto its lock pins. We have solved this issue by our design of this pipe and that we include longer OE-style locking pipes for the engine cover.
We decided to not include methanol injector connections on our intercooler pipes since in our opinion it is better to have this after the intercooler. Our intercooler-throttle body (J-pipe) has 2 methanol injector connections.

Our final design is a full aluminum construction with mandrel bent pipes and CNC machined turbo flanges. We also include more durable silicone hoses that connects our pipes to the intercooler inlet flanges. For a cool stealthy look we include matte black hose clamps.

Do we ship abroad ?

Yes we do, to almost anywhere in the world though remember the postage is often high when shipping anything bulky. Most bulky items we export will go by UPS so you can track the package online and could reach America within 48 hours providing its in stock !

However there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria, Ukraine, Lebanon.

Why is postage on bulky items to some countries expensive compared to some other companies ?

For both yours and our safety we use well known couriers such as DPD Local and UPS for shipping, then we know exactly where it is in the world at any time and we know its going to arrive safely. Shipping small items can be cheap, but items such as bodykits are expensive to ship - we have a very small margin on the postage fees merely to cover packaging. We can now ship using standard post on some items, however using all methods you may incur import charges when you receive the goods for which we cant be responsible for.
